Mark Cassidy is the founder and principal of our firm. Mark graduated with an honours LL.B. Degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 1998 and was entered on to the Roll of Solicitors in May 2002. He spent the early part of his career working in the practice of Gandon Solicitors, Clonskeagh. Mark initially worked in the firm's busy residential and commercial property department and later expanded his role to incorporate the areas of employment law and family law. In 2004 Mark completed a Diploma in Property Tax at the Law Society of Ireland.

In 2005 Mark moved to Drogheda to take up a position with one of the town's longest established practices where he continued to work in a general practice role. Whilst there Mark regularly attended at Drogheda District Court and at other Courts in the Louth/Meath/North Dublin area representing clients in a wide variety of cases.

In 2010 Mark branched out and established his own legal practice aimed at offering a personal service at affordable rates. This service model has resonated with our clients and has seen the practice flourish in a challenging environment.
